Reporting on Results

Here at Vanilla Circus, we have a policy of no report and no invoice.

The purpose of our reports is twofold. One is to inform the client exactly what has been achieved this month. This will include everything from on-page optimisation, new copy that has been written, new pages that have been created, new backlinks that have been outsourced and any other additional work.

Know exactly what we did and when

Alongside our worksheets, we also use Google Data Studio (GDS) to create various graphs and diagrams to explain metrics.

It is also to show improvements. Our certified GA4 specialist reports focus on traffic increases, increases in conversion and increases in backlinks.

Every client is different, and we can report on any particular KPI you wish to include. The reason why the report is twofold.

Not only to give transparency to clients but also as a written record of all the SEO work we have done on a client’s website.

What this means is we can see what is working and the work we did to achieve that, what isn’t working, and what work we did that may have affected this.

We always keep a record

Several of our clients are seasonal and come back to Vanilla Circus year after year.

We also have several clients who come back to it after 5 to 7 years. So again, we have a complete record of what we did and achieved.

Direct reporting

All clients can take up a monthly Zoom meeting opportunity to discuss what we have achieved in the month and the next steps.

Of course, throughout the month, we are always available by email or telephone if needed.
